Poulus "Poul" Johannes de Haan (born October 5, 1947 in Delft ) is a former Dutch helmsman in rowing .

Poul de Haan from the rowing club DSRV Laga in Delft drove the two-man with helmsman with Hadriaan van Nes and Jan van de Graaff to the title in front of the boats from France and Italy at the 1966 World Championships in Bled . In the following years he was not successful internationally. Over ten years after his greatest success, he drove the Dutch two-man with Evert Kroes and Peter van de Pas to fourth place at the 1977 World Championships .
