Jan van de Graaff (born September 24, 1944 in Hengelo ) is a former Dutch rower .

The 1.93 m tall Jan van de Graaff from the DSRV Laga rowing club in Delft won the bronze medal in a four-man team with a helmsman behind the boats from Germany and Italy at the 1964 Olympic Games . In addition to the helmsman Marius Klumperbeek, born in 1938, with Alex Mullink , Robert van de Graaf and Frederik van de Graaff, only rowers born in 1944 sat in the boat .

Two years later, Jan van de Graaff started with Hadriaan van Nes and helmsman Poul de Haan in two with helmsman . At the 1966 World Championships in Bled, the three Dutchmen won the title in front of the boats from France and Italy.
