The Province of Forlì-Cesena ( Italian : Provincia di Forlì-Cesena ) is an Italian province in the Emilia-Romagna region . It comprises 30 municipalities and has 394,833 inhabitants on an area of 2,377 km² (as of December 31, 2019). The capital of the province is Forlì .
It borders in the north on the province of Ravenna , in the east on the Adriatic Sea and the province of Rimini , in the southeast on the province of Rimini and in the south and west on the Tuscany region .
Administratively, the province is divided into two districts (Forlì and Cesena) and three mountain communities.
