Rauchiwka

Rauchiwka (Ukrainian Раухівка ; Russian Рауховка / Rauchowka ) is an urban-type settlement in southern Ukraine , about 8 kilometers southwest of the district capital of Berezivka and about 77 kilometers north of the oblast capital of Odessa .

The place has had the status of an urban-type settlement since 1998, it was created as a housing estate for the servants of the military airfield located to the west. The resulting military garrison Berezivka-2 was then disbanded in 1998.

Until 1997 the place was affected by a connecting line of the railway line Myhajewe-Rauchiwka , the railway line Bachmatsch – Odessa has a train station in the place.
