Reimar Johannes Baur

Reimar Johannes Baur (born January 23, 1928 ) is a German film and theater actor who has participated in over 20 DEFA and DFF film productions.

Life

After completing his acting training, he was engaged in theater engagements in Greiz, Cottbus and Karl-Marx-Stadt in 1949, before he worked at the Deutsches Theater Berlin for 40 years - until 2001.

In 1968 he received the GDR Art Prize and in 1982 the GDR III National Prize . Art and literature class.

He is the son of the photographer Max Baur .
