The Ruta 30 is a national road in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Routing
The road has a length of 204 kilometers and crosses parts of the Oruro and Potosí departments from north to south. The road begins at Lake Poopó near the town of Challapata on route 1 and leads through the arid "Gran Pampa Salada", the great salt steppe , to Uyuni on the salt lake Salar de Uyuni , where it joins route 5 between the Chilean border and Potosí meets and as Ruta 21 leads on to Tupiza .
The entire length of the Ruta 30 has now been paved.

The Ruta 30 has been declared part of the Bolivian national road network " Red Vial Fundamental " by law 2957 of January 28, 2005 .
