The floors are to be accessed by an attached elevator and stair tower. In order to reduce the noise immission from the traffic, soundproof glass and box window constructions will be installed in the office and practice floors. The new building project is intended to significantly upgrade Altenaer Strasse at this point and make the location even more attractive.
