Schergesbachaue​

Thuringia

The nature reserve Schergesbachaue is located in the Wartburg district in Thuringia . It extends northwest of Tiefenort , a district of Bad Salzungen , along the Schergesbach , a small tributary of the Werra . The B 84 runs along the north-western edge of the area and the L 1120 state road runs along the north-eastern edge , while the Werra flows south.

The 34.3 ha area with the NSG no. 222 was placed under nature protection in 1998.
