The nature reserve Wacholderheide near Waldfisch is located in the municipality of Moorgrund in the Wartburg district in Thuringia . It extends northwest of Waldfisch and northeast of Möhra . The B 19 runs east of the area, the L 1023 state road to the south and the L 2895 to the west.

The 32.5 hectare area with the NSG no. 143 was placed under nature protection in 1995.
