Spychowski Piec (1946 to 1960 Pupski Piec ) is a small town in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and belongs to the Gmina Świętajno (rural community Schentainen , 1938 to 1945 Altkirchen (Eastern Pr.) ) In the powiat Szczycieński ( Ortelsburg district ).

Spychowski Piec is located on the east bank of the Small Sysdroy Lake (1938 to 1945 Small Sixdroi Lake , Jezioro Zyzdrój Mały in Polish ) in the southern center of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , 23 kilometers northeast of the district town of Szczytno ( Ortelsburg in German ).  

There is no evidence of the history of the small town, not even an answer to the question of whether it had a German name before 1945. Between 1945 and 1960 he had the Polish name form "Pupski Piec".

Today the hamlet (Polish Osada ) Spychowski Piec "część wsi Spychowo" (= "part of the village Spychowo") and integrated into the Gmina Świętajno in the powiat Szczycieński , until 1998 the Olsztyn Voivodeship , since then part of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship .

Ecclesiastically, Spychowski Piec belongs to the Protestant parish in Szczytno in the Masuria diocese of the Evangelical Augsburg Church in Poland and to the Roman Catholic Church of the Mother of God of Perpetual Help in Spychowo in the Archdiocese of Warmia .

Spychowski Piec can be reached from Spychowo via state road 59 and a country road that branches off from it. Spychowo is also the nearest train station and is located on the Olsztyn – Ełk ( German  Allenstein – Lyck ) line.
