The Suddenmoor / Anten is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxon municipality of Berge in the joint municipality of Fürstenau in the Osnabrück district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG WE 214 is around 324  hectares in size. Most of it is part of the FFH area "Brooks in Artland". To the west it borders on the “ Suddenmoor ” nature reserve , which was part of this reserve before it was redesignated on July 1, 2018. Otherwise, it is largely surrounded by the nature reserve "Nördlicher Teutoburg Forest - Wiehengebirge" nature reserve. The area has been a nature reserve since December 20, 1997. The nature reserve replaces the "Suddenmoor" nature reserve, which was designated on July 30, 1993. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Osnabrück.

The nature reserve is located in the west of the Artland north of Berge and southwest of Menslage in the north of the nature and geopark TERRA.vita . The area is predominantly characterized by meadows and pastures , which are criss-crossed by hedgerows and ditches . In some cases, larger swamp forests can also be found on fens . Most of the grasslands are managed extensively.

The area drains through various ditches , in the southern part also through streams , mainly in a north-easterly direction to the Renslager Canal, which flows into the Hahnenmoorkanal a little north of the nature reserve .
