The Tizi Ouzou Province ( Arabic ولاية تيزي وزو, DMG Tīzī Wazū , tamazight ⴰⴳⴻⵣⴷⵓ ⵏ ⵜⵉⵣⵉ ⵡⴻⵣⵣⵓ Agezdu n Tizi Wezzu ) is a province ( wilaya ) in northern Algeria .
