To You All is the second studio album by the Swiss hard rock band Krokus . It contains the band's first single, “ Highway Song ”.

background

The studio album To You All , which was released just a year after the self-titled debut album Krokus and was again recorded at Sinus Studio in Bern and produced by Peter J. Mac Taggart, marked the first significant turning point in Krokus' band history. Only Chris von Rohr and Tommy Kiefer remained from the original line-up . The band was completed by guitarist Fernando von Arb, bassist Jürg Naegeli and drummer Freddy Steady, who joined the band from Montezuma. With these five musicians, Krokus was to have a line-up that had remained constant for years until Tommy Kiefer was kicked out - only the future front man Marc Storace was still missing. Jürg Naegeli gave the bass to Chris von Rohr before Metal Rendez-Vous , but he was supposed to continue to be a close companion of the band. In terms of style, To You All - the first album with the official Krokus lettering, which is still used today - already tended more towards hard rock , but the progressive rock borrowings of the debut could also be heard. With the single " Highway Song ", for which the first video in the band's history was filmed, the album marked the band's first small success in Switzerland.
