The Tunisian women's national football team represents Tunisia in international women's football . The team is subordinate to the Tunisian Football Association and is coached by Samir Landolsi. The Tunisian selection has only been able to qualify once for the African Championships. So far they have not been able to qualify for a World Cup or the Olympic Games. Most recently, the team failed twice on penalties. First in the second round of qualifying for the Olympic Games in London with 0: 1 and 1: 0 after a 5: 6 on penalties against South Africa and then in qualifying for the 2012 African Cup of Nations after 0: 2 and 2: 0 against Morocco 3: 5 on penalties.
