The 2018/19 season was the 26th season of the Ukrainian Ice Hockey League , the highest Ukrainian ice hockey league .

Attendees

Five of the six teams from the previous year took part again. A former participant in the league, Dnipro Kherson, was added . The HK Wowky Brovary moved from Brovary to Kyiv and called in Kryschani Wowky Kiev ( Frostwolves Kiev to) while the HK Halyzki Lewy Novoiavorivsk decided not to participate again.

The six teams played a total of 40 games in the main round, so they played eight times against every other club. The first two teams qualified directly for the playoffs semi-finals, while the remaining four teams determined two more semi-finals in the playoffs quarter-finals. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after extra time, one point for a loss after extra time and zero points for a loss after regular time.
