Before the 2015 territorial reform, Uma Caduac had an area of 97.89 km². Now it is 98.30 km². The Suco is to the north of the Laclo Administrative Office on the Wetar Strait . To the south is the Suco Lacumesac . In the east Uma Caduac borders on the administrative office of Manatuto with its sucos Iliheu and Sau , in the west on the administrative office of Metinaro, which belongs to the municipality of Dili, with its suco Wenunuc . The border with Lacumesac is partly formed by the Northern Lacló and its tributaries Liloco , Ulahu and Uloha . Another tributary, the Molos, follows part of the border with Iliheu before flowing into the Northern Lacló.
Along the northern bank of the Northern Laclós runs the country road that connects the municipal capital Manatuto with Laclo , the main town of the administrative office. A piece by Laclo, beyond the Liloco, belongs to Uma Caduac. This is the district of Hahi Hoho ( Hahihoho ). The neighboring Nacaleo ( Nacaleun , Nacleu ) went to Lacumesac in 2015. A little further north is the place Ilimbab ( Ilimbaba ) and near the Uloha in the southwest the village of Kera . In the south-east of the country road and near the mouth of the Molos is the place Condar .
The northern coastal road, one of the most important transport routes in East Timor, runs between the coast and the hills behind. The places Behedan ( Beheda ), Subau ( Sabaun ), Beuah , Behau , Osuun , Ili-Mano ( Ilimano ) and Huiali are located on it . One-Dollar-Beach , a bathing beach and diving site, is located near Huiali . In addition to the schools in Laclo, there are also elementary schools in Condar, Behedan and Ili-Mano. Behedan is also known because of the Antonius spring in the town center, which also has plenty of water in the dry season.
The hills on the coast rise rapidly, the top of which, south of Subau and Behedan, forms the isolated Curi at 1332 m . After that, the land sinks again to below 200 m in the direction of Northern Lacló . The Curi is the center of an Important Bird Area , which covers an area of 20,086 hectares as far as the coast in the north, part of Wenunuc in the west and as far as the Northern Lacló in the south and east and thus the entire Suco. Below 400 m , a tree savanna landscape with Eucalyptus alba dominates . Eucalyptus urophylla is mainly found over 400 m . Protected by ravines and on isolated slopes, small tropical forests form in places. The grasslands burn down regularly every one to three years. There are local fields where maize and vegetables are grown. There is marble in the region , the degradation of which would endanger nature and bird life.
In the Suco are the four Aldeias Condar , Hahi Hoho , Ili-Mano and Aldeia Rebutik Geong, founded in 2017 . Ili-Mano probably includes the entire Sucos coast.

It is a dialect of Wetar that emigrants brought from the island of Atauro to the municipality of Manatuto and is now spoken by their descendants in Ili-Mano and Behedan.
