Uta Stammer

Uta Stammer (born October 22, 1948 in Flensburg ; † June 22, 2018 in Hamburg ) was a German actress and radio play speaker .

Life

Uta Stammer performed on a Flensburg amateur stage as a child. After graduating from high school, she spent six months as an au pair in Manchester . She then completed her professional training at the State University for Music and Performing Arts in Hamburg, where she a. a. Was a student of Annemarie Marks-Rocke . After first appearances again in Flensburg, Uta Stammer was given a two-year engagement at the Stadttheater Würzburg . She then worked as a freelancer until she came to the Hamburg Ohnsorg Theater in 1982 , to whose ensemble she belonged to the end and in which she embodied well over 80 roles in pieces, some of which were also recorded for television. Uta Stammer had her first appearance at the Ohnsorg Theater in the play Gode ​​Nacht, Fro Engel at the side of Heidi Kabel . In her last role she was Maude in Harold un Maude on stage at Ohnsorg Studios until February 2018 .

With her colleagues Diana Körner and Dinah Hinz , she appeared repeatedly in the play Jetzt oder nie - Zeit ist Geld , a production of the Hamburger Kammerspiele , on German stages from 2013 onwards.

From 1978 Uta Stammer worked sporadically for television. She was seen on the screen in the series Kümo Henriette and Großstadtrevier .

Uta Stammer also took on tasks for the radio, e.g. B. in two productions by Radio Bremen , So oder anners and Een Maler kummt na Huus , both by Jochen Schimmang .

In the radio play series The Three !!! she participated in the episodes Dance of the Witches and Panic in the amusement park . She can also be heard in The Miracle of Björn by Hansjörg Ahlers and in Thabo, Detective & Gentleman - The Rhinoceros Case by Kirsten Boie and Angela Gerrits .

Uta Stammer died in Hamburg at the age of 69 in June 2018 after a brief serious illness.
