Diana Körner (born September 24, 1944 in Wolmirsleben ) is a German actress .

Life and professional history

Diana Körner was trained at the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum . Then she received her first engagement at the Theater Oberhausen in 1964/65 . From 1966 to 1969 she was a member of the ensemble of the Staatliche Schauspielbühnen Berlin . She later made guest appearances as a freelance actress at numerous theater stages, including 1979 at the Schauspielhaus Hamburg and from 1981 to 1983 at the Würzburg Festival. She also played in films and especially in television in numerous productions, so u. a. in the television series Liebling Kreuzberg , in which she played the public prosecutor Rosemarie Monk and friend of the lawyer Robert Liebling (2nd – 4th season, one episode in the 4th season).

Körner's older daughter Lara Joy Körner (* 1978) from the relationship with the banker Michael Büchter is like her mother and sister also an actress. Mother and daughter stood together on stage in 1999 in Goethe's Stella at the Franconian-Swabian City Theater in Dinkelsbühl. They had their first film appearance together in Hotel Mama .

From 1970 Diana Körner was married to the racing driver Hubert Hahne for a few years . In 1975 she appeared naked in the March issue of the German Playboy .

In 1980 Körner married the actor Werner Kreindl , with whom she lived until his death in June 1992. In 1982 their daughter was born, who also works as an actress. From 1996 until his death in 2016, Körner was in a relationship with the film producer Erich Müller. She lives in Munich.
