history

Before the end of the Second World War , Neu Flinkow and Neumühl were districts of the village of Flinkow . Both districts were located in the southeast of the district of Flinkow outside the village center.

Until the end of the Second World War, Neu Flinkow belonged to the district of Stolp in the administrative district of Köslin in the province of Pomerania .

Towards the end of the Second World War, Flinkow was occupied by the Red Army on March 8, 1945 and then placed under Polish administration together with all of Western Pomerania. Flinkow received the new Polish place name Włynkowo , and the district New Flinkow was renamed Włynkówko . In September and October 1945, Poles took possession of the village and pushed the farmers from their homesteads, often at night. The residents were deported to the west .
