The WTA Brussels (officially: Brussels Open ) was a women's tennis tournament as part of the WTA Tour , which was held in Forest / Vorst from 1987 with a few interruptions .

The Belgian Open came from Knokke in 1987 , was held twice in the Belgian capital and went to Waregem in 1992 . In 2002 there was another WTA tournament in Brussels, the French Community Champ’s . In 2011 they returned to the capital for another three years with the Brussels Open .
