The Brussels Open 2012 was a tennis clay court tournament for women in Brussels . It was part of the 2012 WTA Tour as a premier category tournament . The tournament took place from May 19-26, 2012.

The defending champion in the singles was Caroline Wozniacki , who did not take part in the tournament this year. In doubles, Andrea Hlaváčková and Galina Woskobojewa were defending champions, who also did not take part this year.
