The constituency of Hoyerswerda II - Bautzen IV was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. Its constituency number was 26.

For the 1994 state elections , the constituency structure was changed as a result of the district reform, and the number of constituencies was reduced from 80 to 60. The area of Hoyerswerda II - Bautzen IV became part of the electoral district of Westlausitz 2 in 1994 with the exception of the municipalities of Bröthen and Dörgenhausen, which were incorporated into Hoyerswerda .
