Vanya Mues
Wanja Mues [ myːs ] (born December 27, 1973 in Hamburg ) is a German actor .
Life
Mues is a son of the actor Dietmar Mues and brother of the actors Woody and Jona Mues . He attended high school in Corveystraße and, after graduating from high school, completed an acting training at the Actors' Studio MFA-Program at the School for Social Research and the Robert Lewis Theater Workshop in New York . As a teenager, he first appeared in front of the camera in 1986 in the ZDF multi-part series Jokehnen . In 2002 followed a role in the ARD evening series Absolut das Leben , through which Mues became known as a television actor. Mues took on several continuous series roles, recurring episode roles and guest roles on television.
He has also worked in cinema productions, including in Gloomy sunday by Rolf Schübel , in The Pianist by Roman Polański , in My Last Film by Oliver Hirschbiegel and in 2007 in Yella at the side of Nina Hoss .
As a stage actor , Mues played in April 2007 at the Renaissance Theater in Berlin in the world premiere of the play Men Talks by Morten Feldmann . Mues also works as a speaker for audio books .
He lives in Berlin , is married and has two sons.
