Williams FW16
The Williams FW16 is a Formula 1 racing car from Team Williams , which was used in the 1994 World Cup season . Developed by Patrick Head and Adrian Newey , the car was driven by Damon Hill , Ayrton Senna , David Coulthard and Nigel Mansell , won seven of 16 races of the season and took six pole positions . The team took first place in the constructors' championship. Senna had a fatal accident in the third race of the season in Imola .
The FW16 from a powered V10 engine of Renault at 67 ° cylinder angle, and the type designation RS6. In the course of the season the slightly lighter and higher rotating version RS6B came out. The longitudinally mounted suckers - mid engine was 3500 cc capacity and performed at 14,300 to 14,500 min -1 up to 790 hp.
