The Williams FW28 was the Formula 1 - racing cars of Williams F1 for the Formula 1 2006 World Cup .
The car, designed by Sam Michael , Jörg Zander and Loïc Bigois , took part in all 18 races of the 2006 Formula 1 World Championship, was driven by Australian Mark Webber and German Nico Rosberg and achieved two sixth places as the best results (Webber at Grand Prix of Bahrain and the Grand Prix of San Marino ), whereby the team in its 31st season finished the constructors' championship with 11 points in eighth place out of eleven.
The CA2006 V8 engine developed by Cosworth was used. The tires came from Bridgestone .
