Notable Fubinesi
- Luigi Longo (1900–1980), Italian politician;
- Giuseppe Bertoldi;
- Pietro Longo killed by fascists in 1921.
- Francesco Mairo Patriarch of the Mairo Legacy.
- Monsignore Valerio Anzino Chaplain to King Victor Emmanuel II.
Fubine Monferrato has also sent Wikipedia into a tailspin: the last mayors, with term of office and party to which they belong, are listed in the entry concerning the Municipality. But, alongside Dina Fiori elected in 2013, the Northern League is indicated: in reality she came up with a list of left defeating the Northern League representative, Lino Pettazzi, mayor in the previous five years and then returned in 2018.
