Cassano Spinola ( Piedmontese Cassan , in the local dialect Cassau ) is a municipality with 1867 (as of December 31, 2019) inhabitants in the Italian province of Alessandria (AL), Piedmont region .

On January 1, 2018, the previously independent municipality of Gavazzana was incorporated.
