Balzola ( Piedmontese Bàussla ) is a municipality with 1335 (as of December 31, 2019) inhabitants in the Italian province of Alessandria (AL), Piedmont region .
The municipality consists of the districts Quadro , Villa , Cascine , Villaveri , Pozzarello , Borgoratto , Giarone and Castelli . Neighboring municipalities are Casale Monferrato , Costanzana ( VC ), Morano sul Po , Rive (VC) and Villanova Monferrato . The town's patron saint is San Rocco .
