The municipality consists of the districts Quadro , Villa , Cascine , Villaveri , Pozzarello , Borgoratto , Giarone and Castelli . Neighboring municipalities are Casale Monferrato , Costanzana ( VC ), Morano sul Po , Rive (VC) and Villanova Monferrato . The town's patron saint is San Rocco .
