Verified living supercentenarians

The following is a list of living supercentenarians, who are persons aged 110 or older. A supercentenarian is considered "verified" if his or her claim has been accepted by an international body that specifically deals in longevity research, such as the Gerontology Research Group or the Guinness Book of World Records. There are currently 81 known such individuals, of whom 71 are female and 10 are male (the all-time list of supercentenarians exceeds 1,000 entries).[1] All ages are automatically updated daily (today is June 8, 2024).

The following table presents a list of unverified living claimed supercentenarians, who have not (yet) been officially recognized by an international body of gerontology, but have been recognized by international media from one of the 34 CIA recognized MEDC countries and who are awaiting validation. There are currently 32 living unverified supercentenarians, 28 of whom are female and 4 of whom are male. All ages are automatically updated daily (today is June 8, 2024).
