Against All Odds is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling for the month of February. It was established in 2005 as TNA's fourth pay-per-view event as part of the inaugural series of monthly pay-per-views put on by the promotion.

Against All Odds 2005 took place on February 13, 2005 from the iMPACT! Zone (Soundstage 21 at Universal Orlando Resort) in Orlando, Florida. The promotional poster featured Jeff Jarrett, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, while the DVD cover eliminates Scott Hall and featured only Jarrett and Nash prominently.

- Tilly pinned Quartermain after a Tsunami Slam.
- Pre-Show match: The Harris Brothers (Ron and Don) (w/Traci) defeated Mikey Batts and Jerelle Clark (3:12)
- The Harris Brothers won after a the match following an H-Bomb.
