The Austrian women's soccer championship 1977/78 was the sixth championship in the Austrian women's soccer category after the 35-year break between 1938 and 1972. It consisted of the ninth edition of a top division ( women's league east - 1st level ) and was organized by the Vienna Football Association organized. The USC Landhaus won its third title with it.
