Alyaksandr Mikalayevich Makryzki ( Belarusian Аляксандр Мікалаевіч Макрыцкі , Russian Александр Николаевич Макрицкий / Alexander Nikolayevich Makrizki * 11. August 1971 in Minsk , Byelorussian SSR ) is a former Belarusian ice hockey player . Most recently he was an assistant coach at HK Sibir Novosibirsk between 2017 and 2019 .

Career

Aljaksandr Makryzki began his career as a hockey player in the 1991/92 season with Chimik Nawapolazk in the third-rate Pervaya League . He then spent three years at Dinamo Minsk - from 1993 Tiwali Minsk - in the Russian Super League . From 1995 to 1997 the defender was on the ice for their league rivals, the HK Lada Tolyatti , with whom he became CIS champions in the 1995/96 season and Russian runners-up in 1996/97. During this period, the left shooter also played ten games for HK Awangard Omsk . After a season at Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk in the super league, he began the 1998/99 season with their league rivals Severstal Tscherepowez and finished them at Dinamo-Energija Yekaterinburg from the second-rate Vysschaya League .

From 1999 to 2002 Makryzki played for the Revierlöwen Oberhausen in the German Ice Hockey League , before running up for a year in the Super League for Krylja Sowetow Moscow . The 2003/04 season began the Belarusian at Chimik Woskressensk , for which he was only on the ice in five games before he returned to the DEL, in which he had to accept the direct relegation with promoted Wolves Freiburg . The 2002 Olympian then returned to his homeland in Belarus, where he was active for the HK Homel in the 2004/05 season . He was then signed by his ex-club HK Dinamo Minsk , with whom he first won the national cup in 2006 and became Belarusian champion for the first time in the 2006/07 season . In the 2007/08 season he played for Dinamo's city neighbor HK Keramin Minsk , with whom he was also Belarusian champion. From the 2008/09 season , the national player again played with Dinamo Minsk in the newly founded Continental Hockey League . In the 2010/11 season he last played for Metallurg Schlobin in the Belarusian extra league . Then he ended his career.

International

For Belarus Makryzki took part in the C World Championships in 1994 and 1995 , the B World Championships in 1996 , 1997 , 2002 and 2004 and the A World Championships in 2000 , 2003 , 2005 , 2006 , 2007 , 2008 , 2009 and 2010 . He was also in his country's squad at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City and 2010 in Vancouver .

As a trainer

In the 2012/13 season he was assistant coach at Dinamo-Schinnik Babrujsk, the junior team of HK Dinamo Minsk , from the junior league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja Liga . From 2014 he was assistant trainer at Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod and from 2017 in the same position at HK Sibir Novosibirsk .
