On Viktoria Hühnerfeld's side , it says that the club appeared between 1958 and 1984 under the name SC Viktoria Sulzbach . Hühnerfeld's first team played in Division II in 1952/53. Viktoria Sulzbach suddenly appears in the amateur league this season, although there was no promoted 'Viktoria Sulzbach' in the previous season (52/52). Furthermore, Rot-Weiß Sulzbach played seventh in the preseason, this club is not listed here, but announced as promoted for the coming season ?!

The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1952/53  was the second season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of  the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the II. Southwest Division until 1963 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champions were VfB Dillingen . In the promotion round to the II. Southwest Division , Dillingen took third place and barely missed promotion. Viktoria Sulzbach , TuS Wiebelskirchen and SG Erbach had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following 1953/54 season , SpVgg Quiiev , Rot-Weiß Sulzbach , SC Friedrichsthal and SV Ludweiler came as promoters from the district leagues
