The Archdiocese of Perugia-Città della Pieve ( Latin Archidiocesis Peru Sina Civitatis Plebis , Italian Arcidiocesi di Perugia-Città della Pieve ) is in Italy located Archdiocese of the Roman Catholic Church based in Perugia .

It dates back to the 2nd century as the diocese of Perugia. On March 27, 1882, the immediate diocese was raised to an archdiocese and as such remained subordinate to the Apostolic See .

Its most famous bishop was Pope Leo XIII.
