The house Brucknerallee 194 is in the district Grenzlandstadion in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The building was built in 1900. It was entered under No. B 102 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

This is a two-story, built on a low basement base, traufständiges house from the turn of the century with developed attic . The house can be divided into two axes .

The left axis is emphasized by a bay window on the first floor and an overlying, pointed gable framed by small pinnacles with a large, almost square window . The smoothly plastered facade is horizontally strongly structured by three-dimensional plaster strips.
