Residential building

The residential building Brucknerallee 184 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1899. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. B 066 on August 29, 1988 .

architecture

The three-storey apartment building, built around the turn of the century, with a lofted roof and gothic stucco facade shows four axes in three smoothly plastered floors. The high rectangular windows are scheit legally covered and accentuated by large enclosures that are equipped differently in detail. Above the cornice concealing the eaves , the roof area is broken through by a disproportionate dormer .
