The castle Haisterhofen is an Outbound medieval castle on the site of the church in Haisterhofen, a district of the district Röhlingen of Ellwangen in Ostalbkreis in Baden-Württemberg . Presumably the former farm yard was east of the church.

The castle was first mentioned in 1324 with the knight Diemar von Haisterhofen . Further mentions were made in 1372 and 1381. Nothing has been preserved from the former castle complex.
