The lord of the castle rooms is an Outbound Wasserburg in the district of Herrenzimmern , a district of Niederstetten in Main-Tauber-Kreis in Baden-Wuerttemberg .
history
The castle was first mentioned around the year 1200 (13th century). It served the local nobility, the lords of rooms, from 1219 to around 1400 as the seat. In 1347 the castle was mentioned again. The castle was destroyed around 1450. Only small remnants of walls and trenches have been preserved from the former moated castle in the south of the village .
