The Laudenbach castle was build in the 15th century Renaissance - castle in Laudenbach at Weikersheim in Main-Tauber-Kreis in Baden-Wuerttemberg .

History and architecture

According to the description of the upper office, the castle was built in 1459. Around 1576, the palace was rebuilt and added to its present dimensions under the Würzburg bishop Julius Echter . It is a tower-like, four-storey stone house with a half-timbered upper floor . The towering castle stands on the site of a medieval moated castle . Today the castle is privately owned.
