The Burgstall Morsbach , also known as the castle , is a lost moated castle at 465  m above sea level. NHN at the location of the rectory (Schlossstrasse 14) 125 meters southeast of today's church in the Morsbach district of the Titting market in the Eichstätt district in Bavaria .

The castle was probably built in the 12th century by the Lords of Morsbach , also known as the "Morsbacher" or "Morsbecken", a family of Eichstätt ministers who were often mentioned in documents from the end of the 12th century . The rule came to the Hochstift Eichstätt in 1550.

Of the rectangular castle surrounded by a moat, there are probably still foundations of the former residential building in the two-storey square rectory. A partially filled dry trench still surrounds the former castle complex.
