The castle Erlhof , even Erlachhof called, is a Outbound Wasserburg at the site of the later Erlach court in the district Demling the town of Großmehring in the district of Eichstätt in Bavaria . Today the Burgstall is built over by the "Interpark".

The castle was mentioned from 1229 to 1231 and was the seat of the Erlacher family, first mentioned in 1280 and extinct in 1510.
