The Cadre 45/2 World Championship in 1905 was the third FFB World Championship, which was held in Cadre 45/2 until 1947 and from 1948 in Cadre 47/2. The tournament took place from April 10th to 19th in Paris , France.

Exact game results of this world championship can no longer be determined. The tournament started with eight participants. The French Charles Faroux , however, broke off the tournament after winning a game against van Duppen . The reason is not known. So the tournament ended with seven players.

The whole tournament was played in the round robin system up to 400 points. In the event of a tie in the MPs, the following order is taken:
