Christian Strasser (born May 23, 1975 in Vöcklabruck ) is an Austrian actor .

Life

Christian Strasser grew up in Vöcklabruck in Upper Austria and has lived in Vienna since 1995 , where he studied drama with Elfriede Ott at the Conservatory .

From 1998 to 2001 he joined the Phoenix Theater in Linz , where he in Trainspotting , fishing for Ätjopjen , Struwwelpeter , sitcom: Human Zoo , Hellmouth , Torn Apart , in the white knight , Fahrenheit 451 , and Romeo and Juliet by Adelheid Dahimène on stage was standing. In the 2015/16 season he will play there using the example of Ferdinand Schmalz's butter . In 2013, he played the role of Vitus Schallmoser in the movie Bad Fucking . In the fall of 2017 he stood for the movie How I learned by myself to be a child of Rupert Henning , a novel adaptation of Andre Heller , in front of the camera. In 2018 he was seen in the multimedia comic performance of the Austrian Superheroes (ASH) at the Rabenhof Theater alongside Magda Kropiunig and Randolf Destaller, and at the Stockerau Festival he embodied the role of Don Juan in Much Ado About Nothing . In 2020 he will play the role of Marko alongside Adriana Zartl at the Vienna Theater-Center-Forum in the Austrian premiere of The Doll by Miro Gavran , directed by Hubsi Kramar .

In addition to his work as an actor, he is the singer of Christian & Michael and the Emotional Rock & Showband .
