Claudia Kottal (* 1981 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actress .

Life

Kottal completed her acting training at the Vienna Conservatory in 2004 and took lessons in speaking and voice training with Adelheid Pillmann from 2002 and singing with Abdul Candao from 2010.

Among other things, she worked in performances at the Theater in der Josefstadt , Theater Scala, dietheater Konzerthaus, Shakespeare Festival Rosenburg , Ensembletheater Petersplatz, Film Academy Vienna , Dschungel Wien , Wiener Festwochen , Rabenhof Theater , Wiener Wortstaetten, Nestroyhof / Hamakom, kernzone 100, KosmosTheater , Nanook Film, Jeunesse Vienna, Festival Reichenau and Theater der Jugend . In summer 2015 she made her debut - in Henry Mason's production of the Comedy of Errors - at the Salzburg Festival .

In February 2017 she presented at the Bronski & Grünberg Theater in Vienna , for the first time as a director and author, with Before Flying, an adaptation of the road movie Thelma & Louise .

She became known to a wider public through the ORF satellite broadcast Wir Staatskünstler , where she parodied the SPÖ federal manager Laura Rudas , among other things . Since 2013 she has played the district inspector Leila Mikulov in the television series CopStories .
