The Daihatsu Max is a car model by the manufacturer Daihatsu , which was built from 2001 to 2005. Despite the short time there was a facelift in 2003. The Max is based on the Move .

Daihatsu had already used the name "Max" to refer to the Daihatsu Fellow Max from 1970 to 1980 , who was renamed Max Cuore in 1977.
