The Daihatsu Bee is a three-wheeled mini car produced by the Japanese vehicle manufacturer Daihatsu from 1951 to 1958 . The car is considered to be the first vehicle from the Japanese group that was intended for private use. Before producing the car, Daihatsu was already making several trucks and a small military vehicle .
Production of the Bee began in October 1951 and lasted until 1958. A total of around 90 examples of the vehicle were built.
In fiberglass - body of only about three meters long car can accommodate up to four people, the 20 hp engine is located between the two rear wheels.
