The Daihatsu Fellow Max is a car model from the manufacturer Daihatsu .

In 1966 the previous model Fellow was presented. Technically, this was related to the Hijet . In export it was called Daihatsu 360 .

In April 1970 the second generation was presented under the name Fellow Max . A basic model was offered as a two- and four-door sedan, three-door station wagon and a hardtop coupé, as well as a performance-enhanced variant called the Fellow Max SS as a sedan and coupé. There was also the Fellow Buggy .

A two-stroke two-cylinder in the bow provided the drive, which drove the front wheels via a four-speed gearbox.

From 1977 all models were called Max Cuore . The successor was the Daihatsu Mira in 1980 . In the period from 2001 to 2005 the name Max was reused, see Daihatsu Max .
