On November 14th the rematch took place at Main Event , which team Hell No could decide for itself. On November 23, he lost an Intercontinental Championship match to Kofi Kingston at SmackDown . After further failed title matches, Haddad and Rhodes decided to disband the team. However, they reunited a short time later.

After a long series of defeats, he confronted World Heavyweight Champion John Cena on October 28, believing that his arm was still injured. He then redeemed his money-in-the-bank contract for a World Heavyweight Championship match, but lost it to Cena. After Cena himself, he was the second wrestler whose attempt at the title failed due to the money-in-the-bank contract.
