David Krumholtz (2012)

David Krumholtz (born May 15, 1978 in New York City , New York ) is an American actor .

Life

David Krumholtz was born to Judy, a Hungarian dental assistant, and Michael Krumholtz, a postal worker. He grew up in a working class Jewish family .

Krumholtz began his acting career by chance at the age of 13. He and a couple of friends went to a Broadway audition for Conversations with My Father . Although getting a role was not important to him, and he was even less expecting it, he was selected for the role of young Charlie . Shortly after the performances on Broadway, Krumholtz appeared in the films Life with Mikey and The Addams Family in Crazy Tradition . He was nominated for a Young Artist Award in 1993 for the role in Life with Mikey . His best-known role is that of the elf Bernard in the first two films of the Santa Clause trilogy by and with Tim Allen .

In 1994 Krumholtz had his first guest appearance in the television series Monty and then other appearances in series such as Emergency Room - Die Notaufnahme , Law & Order and Voll besides, full in life . He made his breakthrough on television in 2004 with Numbers - The Logic of Crime , where he played the role of math genius Dr. Charlie Eppes embodies. Krumholtz has in the action-comedy , the end This is even parodied .

On May 22, 2010, David Krumholtz married the actress Vanessa Britting . Their daughter was born in April 2014.
