David John Mellor (born March 12, 1949 in Wareham , Dorset , England ) PC QC is a British journalist and politician of the Conservative Party , who was a member of the House of Commons between 1979 and 1997 and was Minister for National Heritage for a few months in 1992 was.

Life

Studies, professional activity and member of the House of Commons

After visiting the Swanage Grammar School studied Mellor law at Christ's College of the University of Cambridge where he was temporarily chairman of the Cambridge University Conservative Association . Taxi affair
